2 Tbsp pumpkin purée
2/3 cup nonfat honey Greek yogurt
3/4 cup organic 2% milk
1 tsp chopped crystallized ginger
dash of cinnamon
dash of ground ginger
light whipped cream (optional)

Combine all ingredients in blender, purée until smooth. Makes about 16 oz.
